Cloud IAM Support Engineer

About the role

As a Cloud IAM Support Engineer within Capgemini’s Identity Access Management team in Inverness, you will ensure that users and systems receive the right access to cloud resources at the right time. You will work primarily with Azure Entra ID, Okta and related integrations to deliver secure identity services for the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support for Entra ID RBAC, Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and Azure AD synchronization.
• Manage Entra ID MFA, Single Sign‑On (SSO), certificate authority and CloudStrike integrations.
• Administer Entra ID users, dynamic groups, enterprise applications, service principals and managed identities.
• Implement governance processes including joiner‑mover‑leaver (JML) workflows, API app controls and lifecycle management.
• Support Okta SSO integrations and ensure seamless identity federation across platforms.
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to audit access and maintain governance standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Azure Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) and its administration.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Okta integration and synchronization with Active Directory.
• Familiarity with CloudStrike, MFA, SSO and certificate management.
• Understanding of identity governance, JML processes and access auditing.
