Online Elementary ESL Teacher (UK based)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic elementary‑level teachers to deliver 1‑on‑1 online ESL lessons to K‑12 students in Singapore and Hong Kong through the Cosmo 1:1 platform. The role is fully remote, flexible and paid per class.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized 1‑on‑1 instruction using the Cosmo curriculum.
• Prepare age‑appropriate lesson materials and adapt them to each student’s ability.
• Update availability in the Cosmo app and attend scheduled 50‑minute lessons on time.
• Submit class feedback after each session and communicate professionally with parents, students and Cosmo staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years experience teaching K‑12 English Language Arts or ESL.
• Familiarity with K‑12 ELA standards and curriculum.
• Reliable internet connection, Windows or Mac PC (minimum CPU 6000).
• Available at least 20 hours per week, with a commitment of 6 months.
• Based in the United Kingdom and able to work between 8 AM‑2 PM GMT (Mon‑Fri) or 5 AM‑2 PM GMT (weekends).
