About the role
Robert Bird Group is offering a one‑week STEM work experience programme for Year 10‑13 students. The placement provides a real insight into engineering and construction careers that shape the built environment.
Key responsibilities
- Work with a dedicated supervisor to develop essential workplace skills.
- Learn directly from experienced engineers and designers across multiple disciplines.
- Shadow team members and observe daily project activities.
- Complete a technical design task that challenges creativity.
- Be paired with two office team members for mentorship and support.
Required profile
- Currently in Year 10, 11, 12 or 13.
- Passionate about science, technology, engineering or mathematics.
- Enthusiastic, eager to learn and able to attend the full week.
- No prior experience required.
