Operations Manager for Premium Boutique Fitness Studio

About the role

An exciting opportunity for a commercially savvy Operations Manager to run a premium boutique fitness studio in West London. You will own both the operational engine and the marketing voice, driving growth and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee studio operations, KPIs, reporting and system management for bookings, memberships and scheduling.
• Drive membership growth, retention and sales targets across classes, memberships and retail.
• Create and send email newsletters and campaigns using Klaviyo, and capture photo/video content for marketing.
• Manage staff scheduling, recruitment, onboarding and work alongside the front‑of‑house manager.
• Maintain studio standards, liaise with contractors and handle retail stock and merchandising.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ management experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality or similar client‑facing environment.
• Proven sales track record and ability to meet commercial targets.
• Strong operational background with KPI monitoring and performance reporting.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.
• Passion for fitness and boutique studio environments.

• Basic content creation – photo and short‑form video.
• Studio management systems for bookings and memberships.
