Partner Manager – French Speaking

About the role

Clay is looking for a French‑speaking Partner Manager to own and grow its solutions‑partner ecosystem. You will act as the bridge between partners and Clay’s sales organization, driving partner‑sourced pipeline and turning collaborations into repeatable revenue streams.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of enterprise‑focused Solutions Partners, managing partner‑sourced and partner‑influenced pipeline, deal progression and revenue.
• Lead co‑sell motions from referral through close, working closely with GTM Engineers on opportunity strategy.
• Conduct account mapping and pipeline reviews to uncover whitespace, expansion opportunities and partner‑led entry points.
• Contribute to the evolution of Clay’s co‑sell frameworks, partner engagement model, tooling, playbooks and repeatable workflows.
• Collaborate with GTM Engineering, GTM Ops and Sales teams to identify shared opportunities and accelerate in‑flight deals.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing enterprise‑level partner relationships and driving joint revenue.
• Strong understanding of co‑sell motions, account mapping and pipeline management.
• Fluent in French and comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to translate successful tactics into scalable processes and documentation.
