Partner Success Manager - Media Industry

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a Partner Success Manager to drive value for media customers using its data solutions. You will work closely with product, sales and media delivery teams to ensure successful onboarding, adoption and ongoing support of Mastercard products.

Key responsibilities

• Pro‑actively engage with customers to strengthen their skills and knowledge of Mastercard products and solutions.
• Assess client needs and design creative configurations from the Mastercard product suite.
• Project‑manage the delivery of new and complex solutions to customers.
• Partner with product and partner sales teams to develop and maintain support and sales materials.
• Act as the knowledge expert on products, solutions and implementation best practices for media delivery teams.
• Participate in pre‑sales activities to showcase the value customers can achieve.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑facing experience with a focus on partnership and value creation.
• Ability to assess client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
• Project management experience in delivering complex technology solutions.
• Collaboration skills to work with product, sales and delivery teams.
