About the role
We are seeking a proactive Part‑Time Corporate Administrator to join a small senior‑level team in Inverness. The role is hybrid, requiring a minimum of two days per week in the office, and offers an immediate start on a three‑month fixed‑term contract with the possibility of extension.
Key responsibilities
- Manage senior staff diaries and schedule meetings.
- Handle inbox management, minute taking and electronic filing.
- Maintain databases, perform data entry and ensure accurate record‑keeping.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and provide ad‑hoc secretarial support.
- Oversee general office administration tasks.
Required profile
- Proactive with the ability to work independently and make decisions.
- Excellent organisational skills and the capacity to prioritise a varied workload.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships within a close‑knit team.
- Experience in a PA or senior administrative role is preferred.
- Comfort handling confidential and sensitive information.
