Part‑time Host/Receptionist (12‑month Fixed Term)

About the role

Join Bruntwood as a part‑time Host/Receptionist in the Atria building, Bolton. Working Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 12:00, you will be the first point of contact for tenants, visitors and event participants, delivering a welcoming experience and supporting the building’s community.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, tenants and visitors, acting as the face of Bruntwood.
• Manage the enquiries mailbox and maintain accurate customer records.
• Support and facilitate meetings, events and viewings within the building.
• Maintain high standards of presentation in meeting rooms, co‑working spaces and communal areas, including food and beverage service where required.
• Collect and update customer intelligence to aid sales and retention efforts.
• Collaborate with the wider Bruntwood team and promote workplace wellbeing.

Required profile

• Positive, can‑do attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience in hospitality, retail or customer‑facing roles.
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.

Required skills

• Administrative experience, including mailbox management.
