Payroll Officer – Time & Attendance & Payroll Specialist

About the role
We are looking for a hands‑on Payroll Officer to support a 5‑star hotel in Central London during a critical system transition. The role combines time‑and‑attendance validation, payroll processing and month‑end reconciliation in a fast‑paced, 24/7 hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities
- Validate Time & Attendance data from UKG before it is transferred to ADP payroll.
- Process payroll codes, sickness, holidays, overtime and lieu time.
- Review and verify ADP payroll output for accuracy.
- Reconcile payroll figures against the profit & loss statement at month‑end.
- Produce clear reports and support ad‑hoc data analysis.
- Collaborate closely with HR and Finance teams during the system transition.
Required profile
- Proven end‑to‑end payroll processing experience, preferably covering Time & Attendance to payroll output and reconciliation.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work with complex data sets across multiple systems.
- Immediate availability and willingness to work on‑site.
Required skills
- UKG (Time & Attendance) system.
- ADP payroll platform.
- SAP HR module.
