About the role

As a Talent Sourcer you will identify, engage and build relationships with exceptional talent for Global Switch, using advanced sourcing techniques, talent mapping and digital tools to support immediate and future hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead direct sourcing across LinkedIn Recruiter, talent communities, referrals, networking events and alternative channels.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard‑to‑find talent across EMEA and APAC.
• Conduct talent mapping projects for critical and future‑focused hiring.
• Provide market insight reports and identify emerging skill trends.
• Build and nurture high‑quality talent pipelines and communities.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data and track sourcing KPIs.
• Use AI, automation and digital tools to improve efficiency.

Required skills

• Expert‑level sourcing on LinkedIn Recruiter and talent communities.
• Advanced Boolean and X‑Ray search techniques.
• Experience with LinkedIn Talent Insights and market intelligence tools.
• Proficiency in AI, automation and recruitment technology (e.g., Teamtailor).
