About the Role
Join a prestigious FTSE100 organization as an In-House Pensions Support Officer, where you will play a critical role in managing our professional pension scheme. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional looking to ensure excellence in pension administration and provide high-quality service to our valued employees.
Main Missions
- Manage the day-to-day administration of the pension scheme and pension payroll.
- Act as the primary point of contact for members, addressing inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
- Perform both automated and manual pension calculations to ensure precision.
- Maintain meticulous member records and ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate closely with Trustees, actuaries, and external service providers.
- Support audits and scheme reviews to ensure continuous improvement.
- Ensure strict compliance with UK pension legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Work in synergy with HR teams to integrate pension services into the broader employee experience.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in pension administration or a highly regulated financial/HR environment.
- Strong understanding of UK pension legislation and compliance standards.
- Exceptional attention to detail and mathematical accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with both internal stakeholders and external experts.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
