Personal Assistant

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to join a leading online fashion retail business in Central Manchester. You will work in a fast‑paced yet highly collaborative environment, based in modern offices that include an onsite gym, canteen and free pilates/yoga classes, supporting the executive leadership team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex diaries and coordinate extensive travel arrangements for senior executives.
• Provide executive administrative support, including correspondence, meeting preparation and follow‑up.
• Handle private PA duties as required.
• Coordinate a variety of administrative projects across the organisation.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar executive support role.
• Ability to thrive in a busy, ever‑changing environment.
• Strong attention to detail while working at a fast pace.
