Project Manager – Technical Delivery in Banking

About the role

Alpha Bank London is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead technical change initiatives across the organisation. The role focuses on delivering multi‑currency, debit‑card and payment integration projects for online and mobile banking platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements into detailed delivery plans.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end delivery of multi‑currency, card and payment initiatives.
• Develop business cases, define scope, timelines and expected benefits.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, risks, issues and documentation.
• Support technical delivery, including system enhancements, API integrations and card platform onboarding.
• Ensure outputs comply with regulatory, governance and quality standards.
• Oversee vendor engagement, integration workshops and readiness activities.
• Maintain delivery oversight, escalating risks and confirming operational readiness.

Required profile

• Fluent Greek speaker with experience in regulated financial services.
• Proven delivery experience on multi‑currency products, digital banking integrations, card programmes and payment or core‑banking enhancements.
• Strong vendor‑management skills, especially with multi‑currency and card‑issuing providers.
• Solid understanding of card issuing, payment flows and multi‑currency systems.
• Experience with system integrations across online/mobile banking and APIs.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
