Receptionist – London office

About the role

We are seeking a polished and proactive Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our new London office. You will create a welcoming environment for employees, visitors and stakeholders while ensuring smooth day‑to‑day office operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet visitors, manage the switchboard and coordinate meeting rooms, including set‑up and video conferencing.
• Maintain office facilities, stock supplies, handle supplier relationships and oversee security and access systems.
• Support administrative tasks such as travel bookings, post distribution, onboarding desk set‑up and maintaining internal contact lists.
• Conduct monthly fire safety checks, manage first‑aid supplies and ensure health & safety compliance.

Required profile

• Friendly, professional and confident with strong rapport‑building abilities.
• Highly organised, able to prioritise and multitask in a busy environment.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused with a polished telephone manner.

Required skills

• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
