About the role
Antithesis is looking for a proactive recruiter to own end‑to‑end hiring for both technical and non‑technical positions across a fast‑growing global team. You will partner with hiring managers, source high‑impact talent, and guide candidates through a structured interview process.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full‑cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, from senior software engineers to support functions.
- Source candidates proactively through technical communities, events, referrals, and targeted outbound campaigns.
- Conduct rigorous screening interviews, facilitate structured debriefs, and reduce bias throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate ATS hygiene in Ashby and generate reports on time‑to‑fill, conversion rates, source efficacy, and quality of hire.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and calibrate hiring standards.
Required profile
- 4–8 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high‑growth tech startups.
- Proven track record recruiting specialized technical talent in the UK and European markets.
- Comfortable discussing technical domains at a high level and assessing role‑relevant signals.
- Strong ability to switch context between diverse role types and maintain a fast recruiting pace.
