Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

Bite Talent is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join its fast‑moving team in London. You will work at the centre of our talent‑acquisition process, supporting senior consultants and the People & Ops Lead to source, screen and place candidates for leading QSR and retail brands.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates on LinkedIn, Caterer, Indeed and other job boards.
• Screen applicants, provide feedback to senior consultants and coordinate interview schedules.
• Create interview preparation packs and ensure candidates are ready for each stage.
• Maintain and update the CRM with accurate candidate information.
• Send interview confirmations, format CVs for client presentation and chase references.
• Support shortlist administration, inbox management and onboarding logistics.
• Build and nurture talent pools, hotlists and newsletter databases for future hiring needs.

Required profile

• Reliable and consistent – the team depends on you to keep processes moving.
• Proactive, curious and eager to learn.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.

What we offer

• Base salary of around £28,000 plus commission (OTE £35,000).
• Flexible working hours (8‑5 or 9‑6) and hybrid work model (office Mon‑Thu, remote Fri).
