Regional Marketing Specialist – UK & Ireland

About the role

We are looking for a Regional Marketing Specialist to drive pipeline and revenue growth across the United Kingdom and Ireland. Based in London with a hybrid working model, you will own end‑to‑end integrated marketing campaigns, leveraging global programs while tailoring initiatives to local market needs.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that generate pipeline and support revenue growth.
• Develop and launch region‑specific campaigns aligned with local market priorities.
• Deliver digital, content and event marketing activities throughout the customer journey.
• Collaborate closely with Sales to improve lead quality, conversion rates and opportunity progression.
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimise based on data and insights.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, technology or construction sectors.
• Proven track record of creating and executing demand‑generation campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and marketing automation platforms.
• Experience working closely with Sales in a commercially driven environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver measurable results.
