Director of Marketing – UK Student Portfolio

About the role

As Director of Marketing for the UK Student portfolio, you will lead the asset marketing function across Greystar’s multifamily properties, shaping strategy and execution to drive leads, occupancy and financial performance. Reporting to the Senior Director of Student Operations, you will be a key member of the Marketing, Brand & Insights leadership team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead UK Student asset marketing teams, ensuring clear understanding of target audiences and product offerings.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing team with defined growth pathways.
• Champion innovation and consistency across regional marketing strategies.
• Develop and execute the asset marketing strategy, overseeing project delivery.
• Own acquisition marketing, resident retention marketing and resident communications for all UK assets.
• Collaborate with the Director of PR to integrate owned, earned and paid media.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for UK Student asset marketing strategy and execution.
• Monitor market and customer trends, using insights to inform plans.
