Sales Consultant – Showroom

About the role

Join the Doncaster showroom team as a Sales Consultant, where you will engage directly with clients, understand their design needs and guide them to the perfect tile, kitchen or bath solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Greet clients upon entry and provide a warm, professional welcome.
• Recommend suitable product ranges based on client specifications, dimensions and budget.
• Prepare detailed and accurate quotations within agreed timeframes.
• Process payments, including cash and card transactions, and issue receipts.
• Answer telephone enquiries and resolve client queries.
• Follow the established sales process from initial contact to final sale.

Required profile

• Excellent people skills and a smart personal appearance.
• Clear, positive communicator with strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Relevant experience in face‑to‑face customer sales or demonstrable aptitude for the role.
