Salesforce Engineer – CRM Development

About the role

Join Stepstone's CRM team as a Salesforce Engineer, developing innovative solutions that support the global commercial strategy. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and product managers to translate business needs into technical implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop Apex, Aura, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Visualforce solutions.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using Salesforce APIs.
• Maintain code quality, documentation, and automated test classes.
• Participate in release cycles, deploying new features and updates.
• Translate non‑technical requirements into technical tasks and communicate with business stakeholders.
• Work with Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, TDD, Agile practices, Bitbucket and Bamboo.

Required profile

• Proven experience on the Salesforce and Force.com platform.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Aura/LWC, Visualforce and development best practices.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, CI/CD pipelines and REST APIs.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce CPQ, Billing and Revenue Recognition.
• Desirable: experience with Certinia Financial Management and Accounting.
