About the role
We are seeking a proactive Scheduler to join a fast‑growing business services organisation on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. Based near Abingdon, the role is hybrid, requiring office attendance each Wednesday. You will coordinate schedules, appointments and resources to keep operations running smoothly in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily schedules and appointments for key stakeholders.
- Allocate resources efficiently to meet operational requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to scheduling activities.
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners to confirm appointments.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts promptly and professionally.
- Support the department with administrative tasks.
- Contribute to process improvements for scheduling and resource management.
- Provide timely updates and reports on scheduling activities.
Required profile
- Previous experience in scheduling, project coordination or resource management (essential).
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to shift focus quickly in a very fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive problem‑solving approach.
- Energetic self‑starter with strong prioritisation skills.
- Analytical mindset with accuracy in handling data.
