Senior Commercial Manager

About the role

The Senior Commercial Manager will lead the commercial team on a high‑value residential development in the southern region, overseeing a project worth over £100 million. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will have full commercial control and be responsible for delivering profitability through effective stakeholder collaboration and supply‑chain integration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the site‑based commercial team.
• Manage all commercial aspects of the residential project, ensuring cost control and revenue optimisation.
• Collaborate with Tier One contractors, clients and internal stakeholders to align commercial objectives.
• Prepare and present commercial reports to senior management.
• Drive supply‑chain integration to enhance project delivery efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale residential projects.
• Recent experience working with Tier One contractors.
• Strong understanding of commercial processes within the construction sector.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and influence senior stakeholders.
