About the role
The Senior Commercial Manager will lead the commercial team on a high‑value residential development in the southern region, overseeing a project worth over £100 million. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will have full commercial control and be responsible for delivering profitability through effective stakeholder collaboration and supply‑chain integration.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop the site‑based commercial team.
- Manage all commercial aspects of the residential project, ensuring cost control and revenue optimisation.
- Collaborate with Tier One contractors, clients and internal stakeholders to align commercial objectives.
- Prepare and present commercial reports to senior management.
- Drive supply‑chain integration to enhance project delivery efficiency.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing large‑scale residential projects.
- Recent experience working with Tier One contractors.
- Strong understanding of commercial processes within the construction sector.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and influence senior stakeholders.
