About the role
As a Senior Lettings Manager you will lead a team to deliver exceptional lettings services, manage profitability and drive business development in the Basildon area.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new leads, list properties and advise landlords on optimal rental prices.
- Motivate and coach the team through daily meetings and performance reviews.
- Monitor market trends to become a field expert and ensure properties match tenants effectively.
Required profile
- Strong relationship‑building ability with a proven track record of converting valuations into successful lets.
- Self‑motivated leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about helping people find homes.
Required skills
- Full driving licence.
What we offer
- Basic salary £37,000 with realistic earnings £50,000‑£55,000 including commission.
- Company car or car allowance up to £4,000.
- 33 days paid holiday plus birthday day off.
