About the role
Join Savills' Rural team as a Graduate Rural Surveyor starting September 2027. You will work across a network of offices, gaining hands‑on experience in estate management, valuation, consultancy and infrastructure projects.
Key responsibilities
- Walk boundaries, inspect crops and manage land‑related issues.
- Deal with residential, commercial and agricultural landlord‑tenant matters, including access agreements and easements.
- Support property refurbishments and contribute to strategic asset reports and feasibility studies.
Required profile
- High attention to detail, well‑organised and proactive.
- Strong verbal, numerical and report‑writing abilities.
- Team player with leadership potential and a strategic approach to problem solving.
Required skills
- Computer literate.
