Senior Manager (Associate Director) – AI Infrastructure

About the role

Thor Companies is expanding its AI Infrastructure practice and is looking for a Senior Manager (Associate Director) to lead growth in the US market. Based at our London headquarters, you will combine strategic leadership with hands‑on business development, travelling regularly to the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Build and scale high‑performing agency recruitment teams focused on AI/ML and HPC verticals.
• Drive business development and secure new client contracts across the US AI infrastructure landscape.
• Maintain a strong billing record while operating in a hybrid Billing Manager capacity.
• Shape the division’s growth strategy and mentor junior staff.
• Represent Thor on international trips and at industry events.

Required profile

• Proven leadership in agency‑side recruitment with a track record of building and scaling teams.
• Deep knowledge of advanced technology markets, specifically AI/ML and high‑performance computing.
• Consistently high billing performance and willingness to continue billing in a hybrid role.
• Exceptional business development abilities and an extensive professional network.
• Strong commercial acumen and an entrepreneurial, growth‑focused mindset.
