Senior National Account Manager – Impulse Channel

About the role

We are seeking a Senior National Account Manager to lead the Impulse channel for a fast‑growing, B Corp‑certified snacking business. Based in London with a hybrid working model, you will own national convenience customers, develop strategic growth plans and drive commercial execution across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow national convenience accounts, including forecourts and symbols.
• Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) and Customer Performance Initiatives (CPI) with key customers.
• Develop long‑term strategic plans and unlock new revenue opportunities.
• Influence internal commercial direction and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Mentor and oversee two direct reports.

Required profile

• Proven National Account Management experience within FMCG.
• Exposure to convenience, forecourt and symbol channels.
• Strong track record of delivering growth and building partnerships.
• High energy, resilience and a results‑driven work ethic.
• Ability to influence both internally and externally.
