Social Content Creator

About the role

We are looking for a Social Content Creator to join our Brand & Experience team in London. You will produce high‑volume, native‑style videos and posts for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube Shorts, helping Deliveroo stay culturally relevant and engaging across all social channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create social‑first content in‑house, from ideation and filming to editing and copywriting.
• Develop reactive, trend‑led videos that feel native to each platform.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Executive, Social Media Manager and external agencies to execute the always‑on social strategy.
• Support day‑to‑day community management, responding to comments, DMs and mentions where appropriate.
• Act as the brand voice on social, ensuring tone is consistent and culturally relevant.
• Identify real‑time engagement opportunities and feed community insights into future content planning.
• Monitor social trends, creators and formats to keep the brand at the forefront of culture.
• Assist performance tracking by highlighting resonating content.

Required profile

• 1–3+ years of experience creating social media content, preferably for a consumer brand.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube Shorts formats.
• Ability to work quickly, produce high volumes of content and adapt to fast‑moving trends.
• Collaborative mindset and comfort working with cross‑functional teams.
