Senior Project Manager (Events)

About the role

The leading experiential and events agency is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own multiple large‑scale live events and brand experiences. You will guide projects from brief through on‑site delivery, ensuring they meet quality, timeline and budget expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of several events simultaneously, from concept to execution.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets and production schedules.
• Coordinate pre‑event planning, supplier logistics and on‑site execution.
• Lead client communication, building strong stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee supplier, production partner and operational team coordination.
• Monitor project finances, including budgeting, invoicing and cost reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and risk management procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering events, experiential campaigns or large‑scale projects from concept to completion.
• Strong agency background with commercial awareness.
• Excellent client‑facing and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and competing deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset and passion for high‑quality work.
