Social Media & Marketing Executive

About the role

Fresha, the AI‑powered operating system for the global beauty, wellness and self‑care industry, is seeking a creative and collaborative Social Media & Marketing Executive to drive its organic social media strategy and community engagement across existing and new channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute organic social media content plans, maintaining a content calendar aligned with brand objectives.
• Produce and source made‑for‑social videos, audio clips and other marketing assets, coordinating shoots and liaising with third‑party partners.
• Monitor and analyse social media performance, generating clear reports to inform optimisation.
• Support the Brand & Content Marketing Lead and collaborate with design and growth teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Engage with online communities, fostering interaction and brand loyalty.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and excellent prioritisation skills.
• Ability to create and adapt content for multiple social platforms.
• Understanding of social media channel management and operational excellence.
• Experience using analytics to drive results and reporting on organic activity.
• Knowledge of best practices for organic social media across key platforms.
