About the role
Fresha, the AI‑powered operating system for the global beauty, wellness and self‑care industry, is seeking a creative and collaborative Social Media & Marketing Executive to drive its organic social media strategy and community engagement across existing and new channels.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute organic social media content plans, maintaining a content calendar aligned with brand objectives.
- Produce and source made‑for‑social videos, audio clips and other marketing assets, coordinating shoots and liaising with third‑party partners.
- Monitor and analyse social media performance, generating clear reports to inform optimisation.
- Support the Brand & Content Marketing Lead and collaborate with design and growth teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Engage with online communities, fostering interaction and brand loyalty.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and excellent prioritisation skills.
- Ability to create and adapt content for multiple social platforms.
- Understanding of social media channel management and operational excellence.
- Experience using analytics to drive results and reporting on organic activity.
- Knowledge of best practices for organic social media across key platforms.
