Store Person – Airport Hospitality

About the role

Join one of the UK’s leading hospitality groups as a Store Person, working primarily in airport locations. You will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and storing deliveries while maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect all deliveries for quantity, quality, use‑by dates and correct temperature.
• Put away stock promptly following food hygiene and safety procedures.
• Separate and store items in shared storage areas according to strict stock guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and stock movements.
• Support the back‑of‑house team during early airport shifts, which can start as early as 3 am.

Required profile

• Strong people skills and the ability to work well in a fast‑paced airport environment.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude and flexibility to work early‑morning shifts.
• Willingness to provide a five‑year work/education/personal reference history and undergo a criminal record check.
