Casual Food & Beverage Assistant – Hospitality Role

About the role

Join the team at Millennium Hotel Glasgow as a Casual Food & Beverage Assistant. You will support the bar, restaurant and function areas, delivering friendly and efficient service to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and beverage items across the bar, restaurant and function spaces.
• Communicate menu details and product information clearly to customers.
• Process cash, card and room charge payments in line with company guidelines.
• Provide a warm, welcoming experience and address guest queries promptly.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a food & beverage role.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work under pressure as part of a team.
• Flexibility to cover various shifts, including weekends and festive events.

Required skills

• Experience with the Micros point‑of‑sale system (preferred).
