Change Grow Live is seeking a passionate Substance Misuse Nurse to join its expanding service in Nottinghamshire. Working at Kings Mill Hospital, you will deliver specialist clinical interventions to young people affected by drug and alcohol misuse, helping them change direction, grow, and live to their full potential.

Key responsibilities

• Provide evidence‑based clinical assessments and interventions for young service users.
• Collaborate with a multi‑disciplinary team and external agencies to co‑manage care plans.
• Document assessments, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately.
• Conduct clinical audits to evaluate service effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
• Promote harm‑reduction and health‑promotion strategies.

Required profile

• First‑level registered nurse with a current PIN.
• Recent post‑qualification experience in substance misuse or related fields.
• Knowledge of evidence‑based practice for young people’s substance misuse treatment.
• Understanding of harm‑reduction and health‑promotion interventions.
• Professional, empathetic, and non‑judgmental attitude.
