About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Healthcare Support Worker to join the Upper Annandale Community Nursing Team. You will provide high‑quality nursing care to housebound patients, supporting a 24‑hour service while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary Home Team.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate nursing care to patients in their homes.
- Work alongside allied health professionals, social workers and public health staff.
- Support the team in an ever‑changing environment, ensuring continuity of care.
- Contribute to the development of innovative and collaborative care solutions.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic and passionate about community health care.
- Experience in a community setting is preferred but not essential.
- Current driving licence (or ability to arrange alternative transport if disabled).
- Ability to work part‑time (25 hours per week) and adapt to flexible schedules.
