Healthcare Support Worker – Upper Annandale Community Nursing Team

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Healthcare Support Worker to join the Upper Annandale Community Nursing Team. You will provide high‑quality nursing care to housebound patients, supporting a 24‑hour service while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary Home Team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate nursing care to patients in their homes.
• Work alongside allied health professionals, social workers and public health staff.
• Support the team in an ever‑changing environment, ensuring continuity of care.
• Contribute to the development of innovative and collaborative care solutions.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic and passionate about community health care.
• Experience in a community setting is preferred but not essential.
• Current driving licence (or ability to arrange alternative transport if disabled).
• Ability to work part‑time (25 hours per week) and adapt to flexible schedules.
