Supply Chain & Product Ops Manager

About the role

We are Haya, a modest activewear brand for women who move with intention. We are looking for a Supply Chain & Product Operations Manager to own the end‑to‑end flow from supplier to doorstep and lead our new product development pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑end supplier management – reorders, purchase orders, invoices, freight, and 3PL coordination.
• Demand planning around product launches and marketing moments.
• Manage new product development timelines from concept through to delivery.
• Build systems and processes that enable scaling without chaos.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in supply chain, operations or NPD at a DTC/e‑commerce brand (apparel/activewear preferred).
• Hands‑on experience communicating directly with suppliers.
• Ability to track critical paths, samples and reorder points.
• Strong timeline management and the confidence to push back when deadlines slip.
