About the role

AXA XL is looking for a proactive Talent & Employee Experience Coordinator to support the Talent and Employee Experience team across its UK locations. You will help deliver training, onboarding, and employee events while ensuring smooth communication and efficient administrative processes.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative and project support to the Talent & Employee Experience team.
  • Coordinate training sessions, onboarding activities, and both virtual and in‑person team events.
  • Maintain and update the YES Learning Management System, upload content, manage data and generate basic reports.
  • Handle scheduling and logistics for Talent, Learning & Development, Early Careers and Employee Experience initiatives.
  • Attend Early Careers fairs and workshops in London and Ipswich, collecting feedback via surveys and evaluations.
  • Manage the team inbox, calendar and SharePoint site, ensuring timely responses.
  • Assist with data collection and reporting for talent development and employee experience programmes.
  • Support internal communications, including newsletters and awareness campaigns.
  • Identify process‑improvement opportunities and collaborate with HR, marketing and communications colleagues.

Required profile

  • Previous administrative or coordination experience, preferably supporting HR, L&D or Talent teams.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, accurate work approach.
  • Effective written and verbal communication, adaptable to different audiences.
  • Discretion in handling sensitive information and a collaborative team attitude.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience using SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (e.g., YES Learning).
