L&D Lead

About the role

Metrea is seeking an L&D Lead to design and implement learning initiatives that support a globally distributed workforce. Reporting to the Head of People Development, you will shape leadership development programs that drive growth, engagement, and performance across diverse cultures and business units.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver transformative leadership development programs for current and future people leaders.
• Develop tiered leadership pathways (Emerging Leaders, People Leaders, Senior People Leaders) with measurable impact on engagement, retention, and performance.
• Leverage performance data and leadership analytics to identify capability gaps and inform program design.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure programs align with cultural and regional needs.
• Monitor program effectiveness and iterate quickly based on feedback and outcomes.
