About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic teachers to join a leading educational institution across multiple sites in the United Kingdom. The role involves delivering high‑quality lessons in line with the national curriculum while fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons that meet curriculum standards.
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that supports student development.
- Assess, monitor and report on pupil progress using formative and summative methods.
- Adapt teaching methods and resources to accommodate diverse abilities and learning styles.
- Manage classroom behaviour, promoting respect, safety and high expectations.
- Collaborate with teaching assistants, SEN specialists and other staff to meet individual student needs.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about progress, attendance and behaviour.
- Participate in school meetings, training, extracurricular activities and ongoing professional development.
- Maintain accurate records, lesson plans and required documentation in line with regulatory standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant subject.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent UK teaching certification (e.g., PGCE + QTS, SCITT, Teach First).
- Previous experience teaching in a UK school.
- Strong knowledge of the UK national curriculum and effective classroom management strategies.
- Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding, child protection and the welfare of young people.
