Freelance Lecturer – Business, HR & Care Courses

About the role

Matrix Solutions International is seeking experienced freelance lecturers to deliver Level 4‑7 qualifications across Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Health & Social Care, Retail and Customer Service. The role involves teaching, assessing and supporting learners in multiple UK locations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and assess accredited and non‑accredited Level 4‑7 courses.
• Manage learner progression, Individual Learning Plans, reviews and e‑portfolios.
• Provide feedback and support to ensure successful completion of qualifications.
• Travel to client sites in Bradford, Bristol, Cardiff and Sheffield as required.

Required profile

• Hold the A1 Assessor Award/TAQA.
• Qualified to teach Level 4‑7 in the listed subject areas.
• Minimum two years of professional experience in the relevant field.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Assessment and certification processes for vocational qualifications.
• Knowledge of ILP and e‑portfolio management.
