About the role
Transtoyou is launching an international telemedicine network and seeks a GMC‑registered physician to deliver primary‑care and gender‑affirming consultations remotely. You will work from any location, fitting the role around your existing commitments while supporting patients across the UK and Europe.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct video consultations and asynchronous assessments via a secure telehealth platform.
- Review patient questionnaires, medical histories and present‑ing concerns.
- Provide evidence‑based care for a broad range of primary‑care issues.
- Offer clinical guidance and hormone‑therapy management for transgender patients.
- Document encounters in line with safety and regulatory standards.
Required profile
- Active GMC registration and licence to practise.
- Experience in primary care, family medicine, urgent care or similar settings.
- Demonstrated experience in transgender or gender‑affirming healthcare.
- Comfort with remote video consultations and digital patient assessments.
- Fluent English communication skills and ability to work independently.
