Trainee Estate Agent – Property Negotiator

About the role

Join Foxtons as a Trainee Estate Agent and become a Property Negotiator, learning how to sell and let properties across London. You will receive extensive training, use company‑provided technology, and work with a diverse portfolio of homes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings and showcase listings to prospective buyers and renters.
• Manage client relationships and guide them through buying, selling or letting processes.
• Utilise Foxtons’ in‑house technology platform, iPhone and laptop to generate leads and close deals.
• Achieve sales and letting targets to earn uncapped commission.
• Maintain a professional image while driving a company car for client appointments.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivation to succeed in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Full manual or automatic driving licence.
• Willingness to work long hours when needed.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with smartphones and laptops.
