Senior Director, Regional Workplace Experience (EMEA & APAC)

About the role

Warner Music Group is seeking a Senior Director to lead Workplace Experience across its EMEA and APAC locations. This senior leader will ensure operational excellence, cost control, and a consistent, high‑quality workplace environment across a diverse international footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute Workplace Experience strategy for EMEA and APAC.
• Drive consistency and standardisation of office services while respecting local market needs.
• Partner with regional business leaders and functional teams to align workplace initiatives with business priorities.
• Own and manage regional operating (OPEX) budgets, including forecasting and cost control.
• Support capital (CAPEX) budgeting, planning and spend tracking.
• Identify and deliver cost‑efficiency opportunities without compromising experience quality.
• Oversee vendor relationships for facilities and workplace services, ensuring performance, cost efficiency and service quality.
• Implement performance metrics and service standards aligned with employee experience goals.
• Collaborate with procurement to maintain global vendor consistency.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in workplace experience, facilities management or related operations.
• Strong cultural awareness and ability to operate across multiple international markets.
• Demonstrated financial stewardship of OPEX and CAPEX budgets.
• Excellent stakeholder management and partnership skills.
