Trainee Investment Operations – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term (Investment 20/20 Programme)

About the role

Join Invesco’s Investment Operations team for a 12‑month fixed‑term traineeship as part of the Investment 20/20 Programme. You will support the Portfolio Management team throughout the fund lifecycle, gaining hands‑on experience in transactions, data governance, liquidity, performance monitoring and investor reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the production and review of monthly, quarterly and annual reports, including performance, risk and TER metrics.
• Support database and dashboard updates by collecting, reviewing and organising data from fund teams.
• Carry out data validation and reconciliations to ensure accuracy of reportable data.
• Help manage liquidity and distribution processes.
• Contribute to fund‑level performance calculations and act as a liaison between Portfolio Managers and other internal teams.

Required profile

• Recent school leaver or graduate eager to start a career in investment operations.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.

Required skills

• Data validation and reconciliation techniques.
• Basic understanding of financial reporting concepts.
