About the role

Spencer Ogden is seeking motivated individuals to join its award‑winning recruitment academy as Trainee Recruitment Consultants. This is a sales‑focused position where you will develop new business, place freelance talent, and build lasting client relationships within the sustainability sector.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, pitch and close deals with organisations looking for top‑tier talent.
• Use sales techniques to source and place freelance professionals.
• Manage client accounts through phone, email and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Achieve daily, weekly and quarterly KPIs in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Background in B2B/B2C sales, telesales, door‑to‑door, fundraising or account management.
• Highly motivated by commission and uncapped earning potential.
• Resilient, persistent and comfortable handling rejection.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ambition to grow into leadership.
