Trainer – Chauffeur Service Excellence

About the role

The Trainer will play a pivotal role in raising service quality across Wheely's London chauffeur fleet. You will deliver engaging training sessions, assess performance against Wheely standards, and provide clear, constructive feedback. Acting as the local expert, you will support chauffeurs with questions and ensure they have the knowledge to deliver a five‑star experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver training that equips chauffeurs to provide a luxury customer experience.
• Assess chauffeurs against Wheely standards and conduct 1:1 coaching.
• Provide timely, constructive feedback and conduct quality checks.
• Collaborate with peers in other regions to continuously improve training processes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for chauffeur queries and guidance.

Required profile

• Passion for engaging facilitation and training others.
• Minimum 2 years of experience delivering group training.
• Proven track record of meeting exacting customer‑service standards.
• At least 2 years in a customer‑facing role, preferably within the luxury sector.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest in luxury vehicles and their specifications is a plus.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Google Slides for training materials.
• Working knowledge of PowerPoint for training materials.
