Nursery Teacher (Full-time)

About the role

A well‑established mainstream primary school in Southfields is looking for an experienced Nursery Teacher to join its Early Years team from September. This full‑time position offers the chance to work in a supportive EYFS environment with long‑term and permanent prospects for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, assess and report on pupil progress in line with the EYFS framework.
• Deliver engaging, play‑based learning activities that promote communication, language and social development.
• Create a safe, stimulating and nurturing classroom environment.
• Collaborate closely with support staff and parents to support each child's progress.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with proven experience in Early Years education.
• Full‑time availability (Monday to Friday).
• Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and safeguarding procedures.
• Proactive, nurturing and consistent approach to classroom management.
