Unlocking Potential Director - Wellbeing

About the role

Boston Consulting Group’s Unlocking Potential (UP) programme supports employees to thrive in a high‑performance environment. As the Global Unlocking Potential – Wellbeing Director, you will own and drive BCG’s firm‑wide wellbeing agenda, reporting to the Global Senior Director of Unlocking Potential and partnering closely with People Strategy & Transformation leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own BCG’s global wellbeing vision, covering mental health, flexible work and holistic employee wellbeing.
• Set the strategic agenda and multi‑year roadmap, translating the vision into measurable priorities and outcomes.
• Shape a holistic Unlocking Potential agenda in collaboration with senior UP leadership, linking wellbeing to broader organisational goals.
• Design and establish a global wellbeing framework with regional leaders, defining qualitative and quantitative impact indicators.
• Inspire and mobilise the organisation around a shared wellbeing ambition, building alignment across People leadership and geographic units.
• Lead cross‑functional coalitions to deliver wellbeing initiatives and track their effectiveness at scale.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in employee wellbeing, mental health, or related HR functions.
• Track record of developing and executing global wellbeing or health‑and‑wellness strategies.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cultural change across a large, matrixed organisation.
• Strong analytical, communication and change‑management skills.
• Experience in a consulting or professional‑services environment is preferred.
