VP Advisory & Capital Raising

About the role

We are seeking a Vice President to lead advisory and capital‑raising activities for a global fund and corporate services provider. The successful candidate will use an existing investor network to source and secure capital for alternative and direct investment mandates.

Key responsibilities

• Drive capital‑raising efforts for alternative and direct investment mandates.
• Identify and engage high‑net‑worth individuals, family offices, institutional investors, and other private capital allocators.
• Present and structure deals to align with investor mandates.
• Monitor market trends in alternative investments to uncover new opportunities.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with investors and general partners, providing ongoing updates and support.

Required profile

• Active network of investors with a proven track record of raising capital.
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex financial products.
• Self‑starter with a results‑oriented mindset, able to work independently.
• Minimum five years of experience in capital raising, preferably with exposure to marketing and investor relations.
