Waiter/Waitress – Permanent Contract

About the role

Join the hospitality team at KYN BICKLEY, a modern care home in Bromley, delivering a warm and welcoming dining experience for residents and their families. You will work closely with the Hospitality Manager and Head Chef to maintain high standards of service and cleanliness.

Key responsibilities

• Provide room service, restaurant, and bar service, including preparing and delivering meal trays.
• Maintain hygiene and health‑and‑safety standards throughout all service areas.
• Respect and cater for residents' and relatives' dietary requirements.
• Report any complaints promptly to the Head Chef or Hospitality Manager.
• Serve alcohol responsibly in line with the premises licence.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar hospitality setting.
• Professional attitude with a focus on high standards and compliance.
• Strong communication, polite demeanor, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure, flexibly and consistently.
• Trustworthy, caring, adaptable, friendly and patient.

Required skills

• Room service and bar service experience.
• Knowledge of health and safety and food hygiene regulations.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures for food and beverage service.
